With 30+ years experience, Vicki's vision was to create a "drama free"  salon environment where clients feel welcome and the stylists are appreciated. She feels Keeping up with education regularly is the best way to keep your style and technique, updated and fresh throughout the years.  She states, “I have the utmost confidence in every one of my stylists and feels each one of them brings a unique talent to our Hair Inc family!”  

​Vicki's been a part of the Yelm Community since 2000.  She moved from her home town of Tacoma with her three girls and has since added 3 more grandbabies. "I love being a part of Yelm".
